The link is at the bottom of this page. PROPOSED SEWER RATE INCREASE: Due to rising costs of maintenance and upkeep, the Town of Chapin is proposing a $2 across the board monthly rate increase for sewer service in calendar year 2010. Availability fees will remain at the current level. Public Hearings on the proposed rate increase and 2010 Utiities Budget will be held beginning at 6:30 PM on Tuesday, Nov. 3.

VIEW THE PLANNING CHARRETTE PUBLIC PRESENTATION: The Clemson Institute for Economic and Community Development led an intensive community design study for Chapin. This public presentation of this study is presented below as an Acrobat Reader (pdf) file. A Chapin 2016 steering committee continues the development of a master plan.
