Just a reminder to our Chapin sewer customers - Effective January 1, 2023, Town Council approved a rate increase for in-town customers and out of town customers. 

Payment Options

Please note, any payments made by credit cards (online or in person) will now incur a 2.45% convenience fee per transaction for your payment. To avoid these fees, you may pay by check, cash, or you can set your account up to be automatically drafted. 

Online

Pay utility bills with your credit or debit card using our online bill pay service. Mastercard, Visa, and Discover are accepted. Payments are processed on the next business day.

Automatic Bank Draft

Avoid late fees by allowing the Town of Chapin to automatically draft your checking account. Sign up for this convenient service, and we'll give you $3 off your next bill. Simply print out the Bank Draft Authorization Form (PDF), attach a voided check, and return it to Chapin Town Hall.

To stop this service at any time, simply complete the Stop Bank Draft Form (PDF) and submit it to the Town Hall.
