Chapin Town Hall's Community Room provides a wonderful meeting space for business, community and civic groups, and individuals to use. The room can accommodate up to 250 people, depending on the set-up. Please see our reservation form, rules and regulations, and fee schedule below. **If food or beverages are being served during your rental, an additional $85.00 cleaning fee will be attached.
**If you desire more than 3 hours immediately preceding your event time to set up or require more than 2 hours after your event end time to clean up, an additional $35.00 per hour cost will be assessed.
**If you are having alcohol at your event, you will be required to hire a Chapin Police Department officer to act as security for your event. This will be a $65 per hour charge for a minimum of 3 hours ($195 minimum). Please contact Town Hall for any further questions regarding this requirement.
