Forms & Permitting

Zoning Permits are required for any building, sign, or structure that is being altered or use of an existing structure change in the jurisdiction of the Town of Chapin.  Other applications may be required in addition to the zoning permit. All businesses/companies/contractors, regardless of job type, are also required to obtain a Town of Chapin Business License.  Failure to obtain a business license will result in a delay of your project.
